Some of the entry is rather wild, like, one of them (Kurohiko, 16th) isn't exactly what you call an actual vtuber. They are practically a site (or whatever they call it) for topping up mobile MOBA games currency and providing shit like guides or other stuff MOBA game players might need. And the reason they went up in the list is that they just go and stream with a vtuber avatar, giving enough CCV to be on top 20.
