Yes, Wawa/Eepywawa was the same person behind Princess Nophi.

She streamed under the name Eepywawa for a bit after the whole AkioAir meltdown.

Anyway the full rules of this superstition seems to be that:

1. Calli must win
2. The person in last place(or tied in Vesper/Magni's case) leaves the company
3. Ollie is already dead and immune so it passes on to the person next in rankings.
4. Waluigi was the npc loser in both of Calli's 3 person Mario Party streams cementing the fact that he won't be playable in Smash.
