Well, for fujobait Rexford's design isn't all that bad. I'm more peeved that aside from the sharp teeth and slit pupils there really isn't anything "dinosaur" about his design. He doesn't even need to have a tail or anything, just little hints towards the main theme throughout the design. Like this:
She may not have scales, horns, or a tail but there are bits of Triceratops scattered throughout her design so she still works as a "dinosaur girl".
Now that I think about it, dinobros have been eating good this year. There were dinosaur streams throughout the past few months, some dinosaur indies popping off, and now a major corpo has a dinosaur themed talent. Hopefully this doesn't end up like the small corpos with dinosaur talents and immediately implode. Pic above very much related.

I think it’s an audience issues. Noel and matsuri has always done relatively coomer shit and as such it not to much to note. However most people know Hana as the Vtuber that streamed with her dad.
