I disagree, his Twitter is deranged in a very entertaining way. You never know what you're going get. Is it gonna be him trying to shoot his shot with another 2-view, reposting lewd art, or a multipart post about how much he hates women and that they don't deserve rights?

Threatening might not be the correct word, more like wary of your rat-like tendencies to randomly explode at people because you disagree with them.

That isn't even the correct timeline, unless i'm missing some of it. Rrat was migoing Proctor's posts for a while, since Alex incident IIRC, today, after being prompted to explain himself, he did, and while you might not agree with his take, he is entitled to it. After that he had his ability to react quietly and silently(unless, again, i'm missing something) taken away and then responded by lashing out, because, i mean, can you blame him?

- Friend for some reason thinks it's a good idea to make an account to explain his "reasoning".
- Friend to no surprise gets clowned on and eventually gets banned by the other three mods.

You should be mostly worried for Daredevil. Even if Marvel self-corrects, they've had so much crap in the pipeline they can't just undo it. Plus, well, all 10 layers of middle management have to get their graft. It's not just random government agencies you likely hadn't heard of until last week.

The amount of retooling they had to do, and the fact its merely a "Part 1" of a two-season story arc. Born Again the show is crammed full of characters with Punisher, White Tiger (I think that's the name?), the Rorschach looking serial killer from more modern comics as the villain, Bullseye, Fisk, and whoever the hell Michael Gandolfini is supposed to play (probably Fisk's son). I'm 90% sure it's going to be a mess. It's a shame after Netflix Daredevil season 3 was probably the best the MCU ever got in terms of a grounded hero show.
