I agree and can disagree with this based on what I've experienced. I've seen many an internet community eventually die, and I have life-long-ish friends from said communities whom I still keep in touch once-in-a-while with even today. What matters is how these communities go out and let's be real here, nobody likes seeing something that could've gone out with a "last hurrah/bang" go out like a plane falling out of the sky.
While hard to emulate on a forum like this, I'd still say most site admins should aim to be somewhat like Moot IMO. The admin tag should be a tool, not a crown. Whether it's for a funny moment or serious decision. Otherwise you put the tool aside and blend in with the userbase as the everyman.

Nah honestly thats just not cool. Dude has a right to sperg on twitter like anyone else no matter if hes a head of small micro community or a rich Yamanba off his meds but on nitrous.
