It's an unavoidable reality at this point that the Trial of Nolan Crush was intended to be fair and non-despotic but ended up setting a bar (or a goal) in some minds where they started to consider that the benchmark for how far they needed to go to get bonked, and how much leeway they'd get after being bonked. I am saying some posters seem to think "oh I'll let my diaper leak everywhere and then when people finally get sick of it, I will have a big trial I can win". So now since some can't stop their diapers from leaking, those rebellious little antiheroes are going to force the powers that be to make a fruity stupid codified list of rules and infractions that adults shouldn't have needed.

I don't give warnings to people who openly make it clear they won't listen. Tako has been told numerous times that the way he acts is unacceptable by dozens, if not hundreds of people. He does not care. He laughed in my face when I asked him not to circumvent the filter on the Discord and his very first post consisted entirely of one word; CHINKS.

I genuinely don't know what else I could possibly have done to reign him in.

This post is probably the most damning I would say out of what can be seen on the forum. Cow-tipping is one thing, cow-tipping turned into DM harassment takes is a step further, but then coming back to the forum to announce your intentions on the matter is fucking retard behavior.

Other notable events include:

• Deliberate antagonizing of BatAtVideoGames, an event he also gloats about in the forum.
  • I am light on details around the event, but supposedly it involves clipping a karaoke stream she desired to remain archived
• Deliberate antagonizing of Pippa, including property griefing on notPippa's private minecraft server.

If I'm to offer some feedback to Proctor, I think going straight to banning him is a bit too much. His antics around Bat as far as I can tell from post history did not even earn him the lightest pushback on this forum, even from me who thought he was acting like a jackass. It could almost be assumed that not only did we tolerate it but we endorsed it from the lack of dealing with him then. I'll grant his Pippa griefing that I'm aware of is from before TVA so I get not giving him shit for that, but he needs to at least be aware that his shit is becoming intolerable before we stop tolerating it.

I dunno who people you're talking about, but we don't have any active members in this thread. We weren't even a Kiwi discord, it started as an escape hatch if Josh shut down the thread and didn't end up getting used until most of us just ended up quitting the thread.

Either way, the fine folks of The Secret Groomcord weren't interested in getting into some dumb slapfight with Tako, so some of the dirtier specifics of the situation never made it outside of our discord. I assume that's how most situations with him go over, people would rather just have him out of their hair than to get into it. If you guys really want to dredge that sort of shit into public, I'm not sharing it, but I'm sure there's a number of people that DMed Proctor that wouldn't mind sharing shit that makes him look less than great.

In short: There's people that dislike him that don't want to destroy him. Don't ask for shit you don't want to see.
