I still want to know who has the most women in phase. I'd assume Lia? Her deep dives, she goes into stuff like cosplay and fashion, etc.
I'd say Uruka, women can sympathize with another woman doing their best to take care of a bunch of cubs.

I think my Romanian wife is the most Normie in the phase? Sometimes she posted her fingernail art photo on her twitter, actually loves muscular man and hates futanari.

It is just her workaholic attitude and her gorilla streaming time makes her doesnt look like an actual normal woman :dokiSmug:

I think it might be more up Polka's alley

Tenma famously has the least amount of female viewers. Like .01% or something, despite desperately wanting more. Not counting gen 3 (Sorry, I haven't watched much of them but I've heard Runie is rather normie) you're probably right

What does a female vtuber with a female target audience actually look like though? I mean, Pippa has done streams talking about the intricacies of collecting plastic horses, occasionally rants about stuffed plushies and Build-a-Bear and occasionally has streams where she talks about how houses look, which would all seem like perfect "female audience" streams, yet her audience is 99% male and all eagerly watch that sort of content.
Millie, maybe? IIRC a fairly large percentage of her audience was female early on, but she never managed to attract more women over time, so she regressed to the mean. I think Enna also has a sizable female audience, she brings it up in a clip somewhere but I can't find it for the life of me (I want to say she talked about her demographics in a stream after coming back from Japan?). Neither one managed to capture the female audience's hearts in the same way that Vox gargling his own balls did though...

...You know, there are some regrettable conclusions about female-on-female vtubing in that chain of logic now that I think about it:depressedtako:

That sounds about right actually. Ethyria in general just had those vibes. In fact if it weren't for Luxiem and the general change in niji fanbase in total, they'd probably have the most women fans in EN vtubing

Yup, I think the Niji girls have a big female audience in comparison to other Vtubers, probably because they share an audience with the males in the company. IIRC Aia has the biggest female audience in the girls side

There's probably a lot of compounding factors, but I personally think content is only really a factor over very long periods of time. Shared audience is what drives the algo, and if 99% male audience is watching someone like Pippa, that's not going to easily change despite content type, because the algo will look for similar people to her existing audience.

That seems to track with the NijiEN girls' female audience stats. I don't think they're doing anything particularly different content-wise to other female vtubers.

Yes it's a chinese subbed clip so you can imagine who exactly is watching I guess. This was Jan 2023 so I expect it was above 50% in 2022 as that was peak Luxiem era:

Millie mentions Enna was 50-50, this was back in 2022, and that hers is about 40% girls:

In this time period even Rosemi had 38% female viewership. Maybe it's still up there, dunno.

As for non-Niji...
LaPlus implies about halfway through this clip that her audience is about 30% female:

And I seem to recall her saying that they send the majority of her fan letters.

It's called "don't be a retard", it's actually a legitimate strategy. At the risk of powerleveling, people have this misconception that all these giant companies are extraordinarily competent because they're so big. The truth is that as your company grows, so does the number of overly ambitious retards you have running around that are eager to make a name for themselves at the company.

A few years back, there were concerns about one of our competitors because they were announcing all sorts of expansion plans. When we were discussing our plans for the year, we had a few dozen proposals presented and I veto'd all but 1. Our competitor ended up fucking up by expanding too quickly and suffered for it. The 1 plan I didn't veto? The guys in shipping at our depot wanted a few more flavors of coffee added to their break room to help with morale. Unironically one of the smartest ideas I heard in years as the cost was minimal since they weren't going to suddenly burn through 3 times as much coffee.

Nano has intentionally shown off her thighs on multiple occasions, but hands are where she draws the line. Women confuse me.

Oh right, I always forget Aia exists. That makes complete sense to me, given her niche before she entered Niji and her general vibe. Honestly wouldn't surprise me if she still had a majority female audience now, she really seems like the quintessential "female vtuber for women".
He's been really active on his pl the last few days. Alban is the next one to graduate?!? :baeJam:
I can see it. Alban has always seemed somewhat... less willing to chug the kool-aid with the rest of Niji-town. Particularly so in the past 6-8 months. He also has managed to get a pretty respectable amount of subs while avoiding most of the controversies and weird BFE shit a lot of the other guys in Niji have been getting themselves into. Might be a pretty savvy move if he got out in the next few months, he'd honestly probably end up doing pretty well for himself.

I would consider Pippa's audience a statistical outlier, to be fair. We listen to her ramble about woman shit because we're retarded.

Thank you for reminding me about that.

Scarle has a somewhat sizeable female audience due to her vibe but her "literal sex" model weighs her audience distribution too much towards men.
