Just this month she has played over 120 hours of the watermelon game, mostly 12 hour stints. Her avg stream time seems to be at least 8 hours.

Artists don't give a shit about fair use or whether AI art is plagiarism or not for that matter, their real issue with it is that they can see how it's gonna replace a lot of them and they're gonna lose a ton of their money, power and influence, and they know they can't stop it no matter what they try. That's what has them riled up.
Very famous artists will of course never go away, but all of the people that do concept art and simple one-off commissions might as well start learning to code.
It's like if a doctorbot that analyzes you in seconds and tells you what is wrong was invented tomorrow, doctors would obviously rally against it with some reasoning like "It's not 100% correct!!!!", but their real concern is that they wouldn't be able to shake people down for simple prescriptions anymore. I personally would never trust a machine to diagnose me even if humans are far more fallible.
