/vt/ is claiming the Twitter handle has been hijacked by Frank, the paypiggy Twisty is talking to in the leaks and the one who sent the leaks to False. They also claim him to be Twistyschizo, a poster who both advertised and anti'd Twisty on the board frequently up until recently.
I think (fuck if I know with these schizos) the rrat they had for the past few days was that Frank is a groomer who leaked to False in an attempt to get Twisty fired on purpose to isolate her for prime grooming but failed to expect False would reach out to her to confirm the details he was given.
Regardless if the account really belongs to Twisty or not, it seems Nijisisters have found it and they just can't stop their retardation from showing.

I don't think they were saying the leaks were fake but rather he leaked as much stuff as he can in hopes False would run the whole thing without redactions or picking out the important parts to get her fired.
You archived this properly, but I'd just like to note for anyone unfamiliar that /vt/ jannies are notorious for bias and favoritism. Never assume that the posts you want to link will even be there a few minutes later. People have reported posts being removed within seconds before. Screenshot anything you think is relevant, because there's a decent chance it won't be there upon refreshing.
