I don't doubt this has at least been a consideration. Presenting sexually explicit content as ASMR so it flies under the radar has always felt like a loophole rather than an earnest business strategy since it's on a typically safe-for-work platform and one could argue it's artistic rather than pornographic (yeah, I know, but that tiny little bit of plausible deniability can do some heavy lifting) - but as vtubing and ASMR communities continue to grow, the chances of sponsors, payment processers, and other potential business partners catching on increases.
