Good things: Original Soundtrack can be toggled. Graphic are okay (I disagree; it looks like shit.)

Well, I've finally had the time to play some Atelier Yumia this weekend. If you enjoyed Atelier Ryza, or if you enjoy JRPGs in general, you'll probably enjoy it. The alchemy system is very dumbed-down compared to Ryza (which itself was dumbed-down compared to other Atelier games), which was a little disappointing.

On the other hand, all of the shopping is done via bartering, so your old, low-quality items aren't completely useless once you increase your gathering quantity skill. Instead of spending 20+ minutes dumping all of your shitty, garbage-tier materials when your inventory gets full, you can trade 100+ of them for higher-quality materials.

All-in-all, I've been really enjoying myself so far.

Unfortunately for them, they have disclosed that they had used AI to draft some elements of the background images, before processing them by hand. They also stress that The City has been created by hand, and not through AI, but will that be good enough for VTweeters? The answer may surprise you! So expect it to be part of the boycott, unless they look the other way because they want to play it (many such cases)!

You can only purchase it until October 9th, 2025, where it will be removed from sale like the Godzilla collab DLC:



Dave The Diver is a great game! One of my favorites! I just wish they put resources into permanent expansion content, instead of time-limited purchase content! You already can't purchase a full copy of the game because the Godzilla collab DLC was removed from the store already, it's fucked up, man.

Please just release a normal expansion that people can purchase whenever they want without FOMO, I am begging. Props to NEXON for innovating on predatory DLC practices, I guess?

What do you mean? You didn't like buying a pet on Maple with real money just to find out you also had to pay for food with real money to feed it or it'd die and then had to pay up for a revive with real money?

Not to mention how much of a slog it was to level up past 35 unless you hacked and the fucking scroll system making people want to blow their brains off because if it failed you'd lose an upgrade slot making the weapon useless so you'd have to spend another 20 hours farming until you rolled a good weapon just to mess it up again trying to upgrade it and repeating the process all over again.

It's part of my childhood but damn Koreans have too much free time.

Remember when Jagex showed teasers of an "Unreal Engine RuneScape" years ago? Introducing RuneScape: Dragonwilds, the latest Early Access Open World Survival Crafting Co-Op Game, but RuneScape. Will it be better than Enshrouded or Palworld? Probably not! But, if Jagex are able to utilize the RuneScape skilling system properly, they might just have a chance to not fall flat on their face on release.



At the very least, they were able to do what Blizzard couldn't: develop a Survival Crafting game, instead of cancelling it due to not knowing how to make one. Whether or not it's going to be a good business decision for Jagex, remains to be seen! But after acquiring SCUM in their publishing arm, they have every opportunity to utilize some of that know-how themselves (or burn out spectacularly).

they have time and money for this but not Runescape:Chronicles their actually pretty good Card/Crawler game. rest in piss.

Excellent mission design, Rivals team. It's so nice of you to make them all rely on picking the newest character in the game. Not like every single person would instantly try and pick her, then quit the match when they don't get her.

Yeah, they made it so you had 9 missions in a 3x3 box and as long as you formed 3 lines (row/column/diagonal), you get the rewards. However only 1 line doesn't require Emma Frost. The other 3 upcoming events are Wolverine, Black Panther, and Namor, so look forward to those characters being requirements to complete their events.

I vastly preferred how they did it last season where they were either/or, like get 25 kills on a specific map or get 50 kills overall, or use a certain character for something vs just "play 5 matches."

Yeah, that was a far better system. This system has you hardlocked into that bullshit and I might just end up playing "Practice vs AI" just to steamroll through those challenges.

That has literally been Blade for the past nearly 15 years of comics even when he get's a solo series it's always because of some other event.

At least they are being faithful to the character

Also on that topic Ai is dumb but not a bad challenge for practice and all the usual retards seem to be missing it's my go to mode when i just want to relax.
Today I learned they will pub rush you. near game end jut to stall the objective it was funny.

Gotten a few games with Emma she does way less damage then teases suggested shes very much a 1v1 lockdown character aside from her amazing shield . She can get AMAZING Damage if you build her bar though (basic attacks fill it for more damage) but she has to be constantly fighting and it drains fast.

Diamond Form is great no complaints.
