The difference between Rittenhouse and Luigi is that; Kyle had really no choice but to shoot. He was knocked backward on the ground and mister -1 bicep was about to lethally brain the dude over the head with a skateboard.
Luigi didn't have to shoot the CEO but, he did because he thought his cause was just.
I never really get moralizing that the CEO "had a family", "was just a man with the American Dream from Iowa". Because the citizens who were insured by his company that he is the big man CEO of had families, too. And they likely have had families crumble due to critical insurance funding being denied. And I really doubt mister Iowa CEO ever cared to think about them. I'm also not a commie for thinking ill of the CEO because it's not a free market if you're some oligarch who pays people to lobby the government to make sure people never get any sort of better Healthcare (private or socialized), ever. You're inherently oppressing the free market and potential competitors doing so.
Bicep Guy/Gaige was actually the guy that pointed his gun (that he was illegally carrying) at Kyle. Kyle was just faster and deleted his bicep, preventing him from killing Kyle. Out of the 3 people that Kyle shot, he was the guy that 110% deserved to die because he was about to paint the pavement with Kyle's grey matter. He even admitted in court that he pointed his gun at Kyle.
