I think con appearances are important, even though it means less streams for people who aren't interested much or can't attend them(like me). It gives something to people who are fine with going. It allows talents to interact with community in a way they can't through chat, motivating them. A lot of indies get Fomo when they don't participate for example. Especially if its for 3D, which is something a lot of vtubers want to do. Lia was pretty emotional while announcing it

Nasa and Michi live in JP but we have no clue if they will meet up this time.
Tenma as far as I can tell from her Twitter shows no signs of being there this time
Iori could be, her schedule has today, tomorrow, and the next day marked as break. but that seems to be what she has taken off the last few weeks so it could be an unrelated coincidence.
