If she wanted to go in the first place, she really screwed that up by mentioning going in costume and playing it off as a joke. I think that kinda tipped her hand.

The StreetPass will really be the icing on the cake to that disaster. She probably hasn't remembered to turn off StreetPass data for game data for the games that used it (like Tomodachi Life or Pokemon did IIRC). Even if she changes her Mii to Pipkin Pippa, there's still gonna be old data...

If she wanted to do this she needed to 1. talk to management before bringing it up on stream. and 2. realize that she's not a small vtuber that can do a fan meetup and only expect 30 or so people. This would end up bringing in at least 100 or so capipi not ignoring people showing up for free food at a con. Chat's right and she'll just see it as people raining on her parade.
