This is how it's always generally worked but the definition of excessive interference is definitely extremely lax here and I've tried to maintain what the thread culture appears to like & enjoy/is used to (myself included). Also, in the next thread iteration in 300 pages I'm probably going to start trying to utilize Threadmarks here, which is something I realized I should be doing about halfway through this thread's run, but figured it would just be too late to start doing in the middle.
The completely offtopic (re: not spurred on by her whatsoever) politisperging during and shortly after Election Season/Inauguration was definitely getting excessive and I am absolutely guilty of this. In the future it should probably either be entirely booted to bants or clamped down on harder in general. Stuff like posting completely random political tweets about what the current Administration is doing that have zero bearing on Pippa by any stretch of the imagination doesn't particularly constitute on-topic thread behavior and it still occasionally happening here has made me consider the laissez-faire attitude potentially having gone too far, which is something that is both my responsibility to deal with and also something I have been guilty of perpetuating.
Regarding some lolcow stuff though, I'd think they would be fine to stay. Things like huge Rekieta updates, or Coomalot, or Ralph - these are people she has history with, that we enjoy laughing at, that she sometimes does sneak in subtle jabs at. As long as the posts aren't nothingburgers or small incidental updates that only their biggest ayylawgs would care about, I don't think I really see an issue with updating the thread the next time Ralph shows his triple tits on-stream or falls out of his chair onto a mountain of bottles. Metokur liveposting kinda falls into a similar purview IMO, we know he's one of her favorite streamers so in that regard he's on-topic, most of this thread are fans of him, and his streams are so infrequent that they're like an event, but most of the time he also doesn't really say anything directly related to her, so I can definitely see an argument going both ways.
I will say though, if
@DTrp's
post about Elon's new kid/babymama included a specific mention about wanting Pippa to talk to Indian Elon AI about it, or at least
something to actually attempt directly tying it to her like how
@Topo Chico did, I think I would've been more lenient on it.
