When you buy it on the site, the dumb thing she did the second time, you get a key to activate it on stream and epic separately.
Well..... she does like keys
When you buy it you get a key to redeem on steam, epic, and the poe2 site. She only has 1 access key.

You need the key to download it on your client of choice, steam and epic have different keys, its tied to your GGG account regardless.
