Can confirm. Had it installed, but hadn't played it in over a year. Launched just fine for me, but I wasn't sure if it had updated, so I ended up force updating it, and now it won't launch, so it's definitely not on her.

Too lazy to look into fixing it right now. Been more in the mood to play other 4X games, but color me shocked that the big-brained retards at 2K fucked this up. Almost like these retarded publishers need to stop making their own shitty launchers for shit they sell on Steam and other storefronts.
