The only way I can psychoanalyze this is that Pippa fundamentally believes that all famous people are evil and actively engage in unethical practices to get ahead, which is probably true (and they also rape children but that's not focus here).

Pippa's only goal in life, seemingly, is watching number go up on social media. Therefore, Pippa believes she must be evil and a bad person in order to get ahead. There's a kind of cognitive dissonance because Pippa is a good person, but she's only ever cared about getting big and that requires being evil (in her mind). I think Pippa knows she couldn't actually do anything that would enrich herself if it meant hurting someone else, so maybe she's worried that she'll never get super big.

Combine that with Fishman's (joking?) superchat about not getting a million subs (as Pippa said it wasn't that hard), and she should return to her tried and true method of growth: letting loose. All her big bursts came from her not holding back and mocking people. As much as her self-restraint makes sense, given that she doesn't want to bring ill on her co-workers, perhaps now's the time to let that go: Phase Connect is already persona non grata to those that despise it, and there's half a dozen vtubers in it that outdo Pippa in the controversial statements regard.

Then again, maybe she really is the one they're all focusing on, and thus saving the rest from scrutiny. Hard to say.
