I feel like it's a fool's errand to expect Twitch streamers to have non-draconian chyat rules. It's kinda a thing there by necessity.
I know, its just that only have so much time to spend on vtubers so if they feel like this has to be the number one rule then I can assume that we probably wont get along.
White women will pay that just to watch reruns of NCIS, Law and Order, Castle and Bones for the rest of their lives.
Given they can literally get banned from things drive-by randos spam in their chat when they're offline, they have to at least give the impression they're trying to wrangle their audience to get the Twitch staff on their side if something happens. It's gay as fuck, but given they kinda have to comply to keep their jobs I can't really fault them for it.
I don't have enough time to watch all the Phase girls i enjoy, so yeah the likelyhood of me tuning in to this chuuba's stream is low.
Doesn't mean i can't point out that she seems sweet from post-raid first impressions.
