This would be hard to do, unless we know the height of the Raptor guy, there doesn't seem to be much to reference her height to, with how distorted the camera recording is. (very low focal length,"fish eye" effect)
If we try to look at the surrounding information, there's some surprising similarities.
-The phantom and Pippa both have brown eyes.
-similar proportions ? (we don't see the phantom from the side)
-similar walking posture
Whereas I could guarantee that it was Pippa on the Raptor guy's stream, this one isn't conclusive either way.
Both seem to have a straight back, all the way to the head. Seems to lean forward, though.
Arms seem to be around the same length, shoulders seem similar enough, same for the shoulder/hips ratio. Both seem to have a very average body shape.
If we have more images of either, we could find a more definitive answer. For example, if the phantom of Offkai also wears her phone in her back pocket, and if it's the same color.

My power has flickered several times already. I'm attempting to last-minute load up my Steam Deck with games to play because I fully expect Internet and power to die for an extended-ish period of time. I'm gonna start playing Trepang2 because of the Pippa reference it has.
