I've just learnt about a two-view north Korean vtuber, and thought everyone else would like to know too:
She speaks English, is pushing Communism hard (a quick Google search tells me that Juche is a slightly reworked version of Marxism-Leninism) and puts out short videos, under 20mins long each, no livestreams, where you can learn about North Korean propaganda/philosophy. Guess the DPNK doesn't want to risk their vtuber going off-script in a livestream. Judging by five seconds of listening. she has a cute voice, if you're looking to get psyoped by North Korean anime girls.
In terms of state-sponsored vtuber propaganda, I think she ranks behind Tomoe, but maybe I'm biased towards US propaganda vtubers over North Korean propaganda vtubers.

I would have liked an Internet Juche style stream with Pippa.
pcg says tranny, I refused to click on any of the videos to check when I saw that it all looked like a propaganda content mill that just jumped on the vtuber train for publicity
I doubt that, the money goes through youtube first not directly to the channel. If anyone was gonna get issues for it, it would be youtube not the donator but I assume they have a local branch there that deals with the legality of all that.
