Pippa doesn't show any of the markers that you see with people that have above-average intelligence - quick recognition of patterns, good memory retention, ability to quickly analyze new data to come to reasonable conclusions. She hasn't demonstrated any achievements that one might associate with high intelligence either. Optimistically, she's of average intelligence and suffers from streamer debuff (she has to manage streamer stuff while making content live and therefore does both below-par), but I think it's more likely she's below average.
