Expecting any level of awareness from the guy who threw a passive aggressive fit over people giving him shit for randomly location doxing the phase girls not once but fucking twice with clout chasing tweets within a few months is more than optimistic.
He's had actual mental breakdowns over other shit before as well, he is one bad day away from saying fuck it all, and just posting all the behind the scenes shit he knows.

Pippa kept making excuses for Coomalot even after the false "dox" he posted on X. It wasn’t until Lumi got banned for telling him to die that Pippa changed her stance. My point is, Pippa will put up with a lot before she’ll actually denounce someone, for better or for worse.

Pippa has the worst judgement of character out of anyone so that doesn't mean much.
The problem is that he's a walking liability, anyone who's been in this industry for even a day knows that being too direct about interacting with males causes female vtubers all kinds of rumours, drama, and other headaches, so him going "oh I'm totally not hanging out with your oshi WINK WINK" then making sexually-charged tweets about her is negligent at best.
Not to mention that, as much as I hate this mindset most of the times it comes up, him being a business partner of Phase Connect as a company rather than an individual talent means there genuinely is a power imbalance there, it'd be much more difficult for a young woman to tell someone who works directly with the man who can fire her to knock it off if he's overstepping boundaries, than if he were just some rando she commissioned once or twice. I really can't see this being a thing where it actually is just a harmless joke to everyone behind the scenes since he's made a handful of feet comments about Uruka too, when we know that's something that genuinely makes her uncomfortable to the point she's requested pieces of merchandise to be changed so they didn't show her feet, rather than the usual jokey "ew that's gross" reaction.
I don't have any evidence to say he's a sex pest, he's probably just a sperg who doesn't understand how his "jokes" come across. But what he's doing is grossly unprofessional, and working with him while he acts like this toward the talents reflects poorly on Phase.
