we should hate pippa's coworkers and not her, it was their fault according to pippa.

You know, I'm probably one of the more cynical people here, but really comes off as Pippa just kinda pawning off not doing things on the others given she's the only real constant here.

Eh, the offkai and Japan and NYC one doesn't work, all the girls were straight up saying they were far, far, far away from offkai with pippa being the only one who admitted it which just threw everything out the door because she got covid, the others just didn't say they went to Japan, and with NYC it's the same as the first one, the girls that went were implying they were still in Japan.
I think Pippa just takes things more seriously, so if anyone EVER said "be careful what you say about X" she's not going to say anything about it.
And anything called yabcast should be reserved for Shiina teaching her Chinese cooking
Eh, I'm not one to pull punches even if she reads here. The whole yabscast thing is sorta the pillar for what I was getting at, just a clear example of Pippa just not being on the same page with someone else and it causes issues. I could see the whole "The other girls didn't wanna do things" to be that Pippa asked like once right after they landed and everyone was tired, got told no, and just sorta shelved it.
