I am going to do an end-of-year stream on the 30th of December. If anyone would like to make a nice thumbnail for it, DM me. I can pay in a free title, advertisement, or filthy lucre - I can actually do this now as PayPal has finally recognized my business account.
As we head in 2025, TVA's rules have been updated and clarified after extensive consultation with various users. These updates are designed to make it more obvious how staff conduct business and make our standards of behaviour abundantly clear to guests interested in signing up.

Speaking of those three, we already know that Hex is half flip half white, and Ver is a gook, but what about Doppio? Some suspect that he is Flip due to his love of flip bands and can even sing their songs, but what I know about Doppio's PL is that he had (still has?) a Pornhub account where he uploaded his NSFW ASMR content.
And yet you see people telling that joining Niji for numbers boost is a good idea. For an indie if you are on a grind and have a reasonable amount of talent, reaching 10-30k subs in half a year is not unreasonable. And I have a massive trouble believing that an indie with 30k who can play whatever she wants, collab with whoever she wants, do whatever she wants, is somehow earning less than a Niji talent with less than 100k subs. Bonus point, if you are too proactive and try too hard in Niji you will also get fucked in the ass and abused

Honestly, even staying silent, waiting for the storm to subside, and then continue streaming as normal isn't a viable strategy anymore imo. Unless there are massive, and I mean MASSIVE, restructurings behind the scenes, the mark on their reputation will forever be present, and even after said restructurings they will almost certainly never be able to reach the high points of the past again anymore.
I do think that Niji's actions have also sullied the reputation of corpo vtubing as a whole in the public eye.
Total Damage:
402,700 subs lost
4 talents prevented from reaching milestones that were less than 10k subs away, including a 1 million sub milestone
5 talents lost milestones
Biggest losses were Elira Pendora with 37k subs lost, followed by Enna Alouette with 35k subs lost, and then Millie Parfait with 31k subs lost
Smallest losses were Claude Clawmark with 600 subs lost, followed byVantacrow Bringer with 2k subs lost, and then Victoria Brightshield with 1k subs lost Conclusion:
Negligible

I will only give people saying that the benefit of the doubt if it's before the 2% was mentioned and the Zaion debacle. Without those two factors, it would seem like a solid plan on paper, mainly for indies that have trouble pulling an audience due to not being able to advertise themselves properly.

No behind the scenes, it must be a public execution, the only thing that can save NijiEN now is to pull a holoCN and liquidate everyone the ones that are innocent will be merge with the main branch, no mercy.
Iirc Pomu sub numbers were actually behind a few of the other female livers by a decent amount. She did have that whole few weeks to a month hiatus because of a surgery pretty early on, and a lion's share of Niji's sub numbers come from the initial few months, slowing to a trickle, generally, later on
I disagree. Hololive is still beloved in the eyes of many as of today. Matsuri's clip of her talking about Kamen Rider Decade and Build was what got me into Hololive in 2020.

There was also a massive surge after Luxiem debuts on girls who managed to capitalize on fujo audience by being relatable. Which Pomu was not a part of as she was hardcore idolfag
