Is it bad if i think it isn't horrible considering paying staff etc? Yea it could've went 60/40 but iirc idol corps cut is 60% directly to the talents with another 15 for editors, games etc. That's just me tho

Gen 1 was also given salaries at the start, so it was pretty reasonable then. I think half is too much now since I believe they aren't getting that anymore.

The 50-50 split sounds bad, but Phase does give their talent a decent amount of resources and we don't know the merch split they get. If they're getting 50-50 on the merch and coffee profits or more, then it's really not bad at all.

Don't use Pippa as the standard for if it's reasonable or not. She is definitely an outlier as she is one of the most super chatted vtubers in the world.
