Essentially ground beef or ground pork are the only times I have ketchup, same with hot dogs and potatoes, it’s a very limited condiment when there are so many sauces and spices that would pair better with other dishes - fried fish with ketchup is good depending on the batter, fish sticks are an absolute ketchup receptacle, though mix it with a bit of tartar sauce
