There's nothing wrong with room temp ketchup tbh. I tend to only like it cold for fries or something that's fresh/hot to act as a cool buffer before the roof of my mouth is seared.Why would you want your ketchup warm?
I never really thought of it that way but literally every restaurant offers ketchup packets or ketchup from dispensers at room temp for a reason then.It tastes better. Cold ketchup is more bland.
