Ever since the Zaion announcement, the Phase Connect twitter certified poaching group have been endlessly tweeting about how Zaion or whoever should join Phase Connect now.

Doesn't seem like anyone in NijiEN liked her "If you run into an asshole in the morning, you ran into an asshole. If you run into assholes all day, you're the asshole". Those senpai probably got in trouble when they did it and were punished behind the scenes. They were dumbass things to do regardless of if other people did them. Seems like she would rather ask forgiveness than permission, which is fine if you are not literally one month into a job and have no real legs to stand on and not know how the company really works yet.

Also, not sure what people are really expecting from her point of view. She's a disgruntled ex-employee and did not leave on mutual terms like Yugo did. I expect a bunch of whining about how oppresive they were or some shit, ignoring the fact that she decided to join the company and ignore that it was, in fact, a company. I have said it before, but corpos, even Nijisanji with their infinite livers, are better off trying what they can to make things work with employees after spending a large amount of money on them, since models are not reusable. They would not have started TVA if were interested in wasting money on potential bad eggs.

my point is why would i ask for permission on stuff that (as far as any outsider would know) was never punished for. the only way i can see it being fine to add those things to list is if they told her outright dont this. but it seems like en management went with the method of just letting her fuck around and find out

On top of what Cascadia said theres also the obvious stuff behind the scenes we have no clue about she obviously butted heads with the other talents and management

I wonder if that is just her own gen or including senpais and how badly we have heavy reason to suspect she did not work well with others hell it would even explain why the ex genmates are jumping to explain things and not choosing how badly they throw her under the bus.
