Gonna put out my own theory:
Its due to their association with /vt/ and kiwi farms. Thats probably why and as we all know the farms in the publics eye are the big bad alt-right transphobic evil that won’t stay down. So they probably don’t feel like they need much of if any excuse to exclude Pippa and Nousagi due to that.

Also I feel like most people are fine with abortion with term limits. Still don't get why this is such a big deal.

This means that she believes that it takes 2 people to make a child and possibly that either one of them can opt-out of having it which is a controversial take since when it comes to abortion no one gives a shit if the father wants it or not. Also means that people on both sides will side with anyone that says anything that they like but things are usually a bit more complicated than that and they will turn on you for having an opinion they don't agree with. God i remember when discord first came about in like 2016 and it was this fun app which was basically skype+forums and it was so cool to have your vidya buddies in a group to coordinate sessions and shit.
