The biggest red flag is the way Clio speaks, she's clearly trying hard to keep her voice down. It's typically used by vermintide to get a more womanly voice. Here it's like she's putting on a higher voice when her real voice is much deeper than that. And when she raises her voice she gets a voice crack.
She's speaking in a way that would definitely be straining to use at a higher volume.
I'm still not convinced either way. (Maybe not mentally ill enough to be a tranny ?)

I've kind of scrolled a bit through her clips and VODs on her channel and there are some where she speaks a bit more energetically, or laughs and it sounds pretty genuine, but her common speaking voice constantly feels like walking the line. I'm on the fence but leaning biofem.
