As someone who's hobby is laughing at internet whores I'm starting to see a lot more vtubers fall into the same trap that girls on onlyfans get stuck in.
They start off lewd and than over time get groomed by either other whores they surround themselves with or their supporters into doing borderline if not outright blatant pornographic content. And it works! For a while anyway, they coast along making their coombucks and not worrying about the future.
Then one day they wake up and realize they don't want to do it anymore, they realize no one respects them and that the only people that pay attention to them are brainless coom addicted losers. But of course they can't stop because if they do the simpbucks will no longer flow. So they continue but with less and less passion and enthusiasm.
Some whores just stop making coomer content and try to go back to normal but rarely succeed, coomers don't care about the feelings or lives of the women they jack off too after all, why continue to follow her if she has nothing to offer?
Others completely rebrand and do as much as they can to distance themselves from their past lives so to speak and are able to continue making normal content without the pressure to appeal to coomers. And are able to go back to being "normal" content creators.
Now the main issue is that women who become whores usually aren't very good at managing their money and spend it all on stupid shit instead of putting it into savings. They think that people are giving them money just because they like them and not because they are providing a service. People see that their favorite girl is making 10k a month and think she's set for life but most of the time they spend it on useless garbage and knick knacks.

How exactly does this equate to management problems in this case? 910 viewers is still more than 99% of vtubers get.
I know a lot of Phase girls get saddled with the menhera thing (and to be perfectly honest, they fucking are) but it's often all in good fun. They appreciate their audience, and try to show it to the best of their abilities.
In NijiEN, you have Enna calling her own followers cucks, and it really didn't appear to be a bit. In fact a lot of the shit I thought were bits weren't. I know there are lots of spineless faggots that will take shit like this and ask for more, but there's a limit for those that just watch for "le funni anime girl" crap because it's the way we decompress from everyday life.

I don’t even watch Nijisanji outside of special events like outfit reveals and such but you both have drank a ridiculous amount of Phase Connect Koolaid.
This alone doesn't but quoting rwhitegoose, "My friends, it just keeps happening". This year alone, Niji alone had more drama and troubles happening to them than the entire last year of phase and hololive together.
A bit of tangent, Niji, EN mainly, looks to want to get into lewdtubers and more edgy communities(channers and more) but at the same time they don't want to deal with the problems that comes with it, which is why when something bad happens, they throw the talent under the bus by suspending or silently killing the streams/videos about it because they're an "idol company"
I am glad that Millie turned down Moona's suggestion to join Hololive. Lyrica was a better vtuber character than Millie is, she seemed to be more in check.
It feels a subtly risk-free proposition from the corporate side. They can bait edgier and more risque content for the cash it brings in, and if a controversy happens they can just drop a given talent and wash their hands of that particular yab because Niji has so many income streams that any given talent going on suspension or graduation isn't going to touch their bottom line at all - aside from a few of the biggest all the bargaining power in the situation is weighed heavily on the companies benefit.
Is it even worth featuring the new NijiJap suspension?
