Trying to make everyone a winner by creating categories for each person somewhat defeats the purpose and neutralizes the value of an award ceremony. Nontheless this is my attempt at an alternative. I didn't catch all of the phase award thing so i probably missed some of the categories they used that might have been good but whatever.

It's the most popular video on her channel, and has double the views of her next most popular (it's also worth noting that the top 5 most popular videos on her channel are all ASMR streams). This stream took place on Nov 30th and according to Social Blade her explosion in subs took place only two weeks later:

So it would seem that Sava did this ASMR stream and, more than the others, it hit the algorithm and took off in popularity, generating a massive amount of views and the aforementioned doubling of her sub count (I do recall Sava saying this much in one of her streams, but a cursory look through the timestamps of some of her streams after this event didn't come up with any results, so don't take this last bit as anything more than an anecdote). Sava has done another ASMR stream since then, but it did not achieve the same results as the big one, so who knows if it was just a brief flash of luck. It's worth noting that her two most popular videos are Gyaru themed ASMR streams specifically, so maybe that is what gets her numbers.

Pretty good stream honestly. I feel like she has been improving a bit while at the same time keeping her streams fairly short and easier to consume or pick up if you missed them.

Compared to remi's voice, Iori sounds practically normal. I don't know what is going on with it, but my gut tells me troon with vocal training. Maybe it's just a weird affectation but whatever it is, it isn't well suited to a business where your main part is based primarily on the way you sound.

e: I mean heck, just listen to it compared to Rie's voice. Rie sounds like a human. Iori sounds like a muppet in comparison.

I don't like them calling Airi stupid or low IQ , I know it's a joke and she's certainly the Pon-Queen, but she also holds down a demanding full time job and she's certainly among the smartest PC talents.

Remi has always been a bit of a bully when it comes to Airi despite possibly being the lowest IQ out of the bunch (or atleast thats how it comes across). I think it has to do with how they all treated each other during the months before they debuted.

That was a pretty shit short. Not a fan of these "everyone gets a prize" but at the same time im not a fan of fan votes because given the fanbases, a huge chunk of people watch Pippa and dont really watch any of the others. It feels like they planned about 4 or 5 of these and the rest they just made up random categories to hand out a prize. I would rather get nothing or know I got 2nd place in something than get a fake prize.

Overall they could vastly improve it. Include more fan voted categories, include talent categories and even include management categories.

NotTheo and LowEffortClips deserve any award on the clipping department.

• LowEffort - puts way more effort into clipping than I ever will and he shits out clips at a stupidly fast rate. I wonder if he even does anything else other than clip things. I think it might have to do with multitasking which is something I can't really do properly when it comes to audiovisual media. Not only that but he has also tried to help the other girls with video editing work and include more of their clips in his rotation to get them noticed. Additionally, he also does work on more personal/fan-related content for special occasions. Despite watching Phase since their 2nd week, I rarely interact with the community.
• NotTheo - is Tenma's dedicated clipper and he makes his clips in such a way that they really highlight Tenma's strengths as a streamer. Also when it comes to clippers, he probably is one of the biggest causes for people that did not know about Phase to notice and join Phase.

Anyway talking about clips... clip tax with coomerbait thumbnail. AI has really made it easier to do thumbnails. It is a bit of a summary of the final (and wildest) part of Lia's stream. It's been a while since I did some coomerbait thumbnail and honestly, I have seen a decrease in viewership due to it as much as it pains me to acknowledge it.

How so? Now I'm curious. Which parts of that thirst-trap thumbnail was made by AI, and which one did you use?

The nun's body is AI, and the torso is full AI. Before I would have to look in one of the many image databases and try to find a pose or a photo that would match what I wanted so that I could edit the face or body to match the talent. Not only that but those image database sites are full of porn. Often I would have to get 2 or 3 different torsos due to that and then stitch them together to create one composite image. Same thing with arms and hands. It would take me upwards of an hour to actually find the right photos and then about another hour to actually edit them together and make them look passable.

Now I can use the exact tags I would've used on those image database sites but instead of searching through thousands of images to try to find the right one I can just specify what I need in terms of body type, pose, clothing and art-style, add "very short hair" to the prompt and get something very easy to work with (no loose hair strands falling over the clothing to later have to edit out). Cuts the image search time to about 10 minutes (instead of 1 hour) and the editing down to 15-20 minutes.

Once I wrote the prompt (which usually takes about 2 minutes at most) I just generate shit. Each image takes about 5-10 seconds to generate. I pick the one that I think will work best.



Using Gelbooru (Sankaku is way better but the cunts limit the number of tags you can use). If too many tags are used, images are often not tagged properly and it greatly limits the results you get. I only used 4 prompts and despite many of these tags having over 10k images, once you start linking the categories together the image pool greatly goes down. At that point you have to limit yourself to 2 tags. I wanted wet/sweat so I would probably have to go into that category to search through thousands of photos to get one that MIGHT match what I want. Even then, you might get a skin color that doesnt match so that's extra work in Photoshop to get it to look good.
