Not only that. Pretty sure he was looking to sub-contract 3rd world clippers to do all of the clipping for him so he could upload a ton of clips and profit while he paid them shit.

I don't see the problem with Nimi having merch for sale. Her fanbase knows what she's like, what content they can reasonably expect in the future, and they'll even have a good idea what she'll spend that surplus money on. Her fanbase can make a pretty informed decision to support her by buying merch or not.
