In other convention news, OffKai is saying they will not invite the same VTuber two years in a row from now on. If that only concerns individual VTubers or corpos as well is not specified. That means that a VTuber who was a guest at last year's OffKai will not be able to take part in this year's convention, except for Panels, events and, I would imagine, appearances at partner booths.

Time to irresponsibly rrat - Offkai had a bunch of technical issues when doing stuff for Phase Connect last year, to PC fans, suspiciously so (and everyone outside of Phase Connect had much fewer issues). This gives Offkai an excuse not to have Phase Connect as guests and sponsors this year, but I don't think PC was going to sponsor this year, since none of the talents or the company has retweeted Offkai content.
