This. They are fun streams (at least with IRyS). Would I ever buy or play one myself? Heck no, but that's not the purpose of the game in the first place. I'd gladly take a Chilla's stream over any arena boss fighter. In contrast, I might enjoy Monster Hunter if I ever played it, but watching streams of it is torture.

Honestly true. I've lost countless hours watching clips and streams and getting some good laughs out of vtubers getting jump scared in them, especially when I was first getting into vtubing and watching tons of compilations of Hololive playing them. Might be low quality junk if I was to play them, but watching others play them makes them worth existing, at the very least.
