SS answers the main question here, so I won't repeat him. I want to make a simple but informative set of diagrams that track PL moves, primarily from corporation to indie. When I say 'PL info' I mean that in the most mundane of senses; past life, aka streamer public life. I would never include something like the Pomudes. I have what like to think of as a balanced view of archiving; I like to know things, but I also like it when what I know has tangible value.
I.E if a vtuber was very close friends with another vtuber in a PL and then they both get into the same corpo generation together. That's potentially valuable because it might indicate a nepohire or two-for-one deal outside of regular 'the best audition wins' practices. A random heavily filtered facebook picture of a vtuber isn't valuable for anything but voyeurism, and I would never include such a thing in any archive because A) it's creepy, B) I just don't give a shit. I'm watching a VIRTUAL youtuber because I want VIRTUAL content.
Meanwhile you have deranged twats like Kenji, who shrieked about being doxed because someone bothered to look up his fleshstreamer content from the same account he rebranded into being his vtuber account. I'm not planning to add him to the diagram, but if I did, I wouldn't see anything wrong with sharing links to his flesh content because he did it for years on end with no issues right up until he decided to weaponize community standards to throw himself a pity party.
