I think you mean she's wine and dining everyone. None of these companies (except maybe phase) are in the lower power position compared to her. In the case of Holo she only gets special treatment because the chicken likes her.

I'm sure the talents don't mind but the companies might be having different thoughts about it and eventually I'm sure that they're going to want something for their troubles

With Phase what they got is pretty clear, she was the biggest selling point of their AnimeNYC concert, and with VShojo they probably get a similar cut of the merch they do with their signed talents and since they only get money from merch/sponsorships anyways it probably works out pretty well for them since they don't have to provide her any support in return.
