Can be one of several reasons. It could be an attempt to artificially boost "engagement" in an attempt to win the algorithm's favour, while making the stream look less dead to people passing by; essentially an attempt to gradually replace the fake viewers with real ones. It could be a troll's attempt to get someone they don't like banned. It could be some retard trying to win an argument on /#/.

I watched the whole thing, and when it was over, I said SHIT!All clippers and fan content people should watch that because it's everything you could do wrong.

It's not really fan content and more like a commentary/drama vid. And those nowadays are just the worst slop content out there. 10+ minutes of narration over posts and clips stolen from KF without giving any credit, some replies on twitter and basic level observations. So the vid is shitty but it's pretty in-line for the type of content it is.

I don't dislike her personally; she's probably not a horrible person; I just don't like the influence she has on western vtubing because she's making it worse. She's not wrong in this clip, though.
