HDMI to Capture card, select card from list of screen capture (usually has a list of your active monitors), window cap or custom. Basically it lists active sources requiring you to display on or off or mute on and off. Works the same way as if I would choose a window. The most you would have to do is add audio delay or resize a window.

Resizing also is way easier that way too especially if you stream old computer games as that shit WILL fuck everything up if you alt tab out of some of them.

She says she will mostly go back to hiatus after her birthday. She also said that she is neither suspended, nor are any of her accounts being "skinwalked". All of the activity is hers.
She also talked about being in more merch than just her birthday collection, for example the current "Cheer Up Voice" set (of which, admittedly, Aster Arcadia is also part).

I may go back to watch it myself to add a bit more detail, but from the few snippets I did see, she seemed rather optimistic.
