For a while now Twitch streamers has been storing VODs using the Highlights function as normal VODs will get killed after 60 days.
Twitch had noticed this loophole and decided it's time to stop these unruly individuals

Tl;dr 100-hour cap on highlights starting april 19. Channels will be notified on Feb 19 and has 2 months to start uploading to youtube.

If for some reason your oshi streams on twitch and has no youtube vods channel you know what to do.
