As a side result of digging, I found out a guy named Alex Pelz did stop working at hololive to become "Director of VShojo Japan".
Most other important oversea positions remains the same, unless there is a replacement for Saigoo Max I'm not aware of and it is actually a demotion to head the new US office rather than him holding both positions.

But the fact that Alex left hololive and found a bigger position in the same month + VShojo being Vshojo would lead me to believe it's a direct poach, rather than him getting fired. VShojo is a group of indie btw.
Also no wonder the new VShojo JP gen felt like Hololive in its recruitment, they literally poached Hololive staff.

I think what really stands out to me is how their TCG seems to be doing REALLY FUCKING WELL. They made a point to mention and reiterate it several times in the doc.

Merch/IP licensing is KING. For this quarter at least, their merch revenue is more than the combined revenue of their streaming content and concert/events.
