That's why the whole be a fan of the talents and not the corpo always bothered me like of course if the talents are being mistreated you should hold them responsible but we are fans of the corpo even if some of us won't admit to it because otherwise why the hell would we watch any of the talents they debut if we didn't trust in them to choose the most exceptional talents and IMO it was the difference between HoloEn and NijiEn even before they started spiraling
For all of its faults Holo is still undisputedly really good at selecting talent, you can doubt other aspects of their business and management but the auditions team seems to have been the same highly autistic and caffeinated guys in a room doing this same job since 2018.
