I decided to give the Kiara page a quick read and its a weird mix of basic info likely stolen from the Vtuber wiki and some small stuff that tells me he must also have watched at least some streams. Despite the article being from 2023 he still uses some really old photos of hers. Plus using the photos with a guy in the frame probably is to sell that she has a boyfriend. Idk why hes trying to push that angle, but its weird.

One of the centerpieces of Kiara's dedicated /vt/ antis is the rekindling of boyfriend rumors. They've pushed this for well over 4 years by now, including the leaked cam photos too from when she was with Jewels. I've come to believe some of these come from people she actually met back then in jp and feel currently "locked out" of her life.

An interesting thing to note is that a few times throughout the stream, she says she's "taking a back seat". She won't be streaming anymore and probably won't be posting on her socials anymore, but she says she may show up for collabs and covers at times. She also confirmed she still has a cover that she's been working on coming out in the future. So, that would be nice to see.

I guess my nigga fishman just said fuck it and left the door open for her to come in as a freelancer of sorts once in a while. If she ever does show up is another thing. I still think the way this industry works, the memory holing of characters is somewhat necessary since a talent can join another agency. The new agency might not be cool with one of their talents showing up to another agency's anniversary or whatever. I really doubt they left the door open without a non compete agreement but only time will tell.

Whelp, Saya is officially gone now. As I posted in the liveposting thread, she confirmed that it was her personal decision, there were no disagreements or drama that led to this, she holds Phase in high regards and thanks them numerous times for giving her a chance, and that Sakana even asked her to stay.

Sadly, it seems she definitely has regrets, mostly stemming from her being so shy and not collabing and interacting with the others even though she really wanted to. She says she genuinely does love her genmates and will definitely be keeping in touch with them. Also said that she will shill Phase until the day she dies (welcome to the Phasefags, Saya).

Personally, I didn't watch her much, but I did enjoy watching her from time to time when she wasn't just doing reactions to shitty zoomer memes. Absolutely no offense to her, but because of this, mainly brought on by her lack of streaming consistently, she was on the low end of the spectrum for talents leaving that would hit me the hardest. Still, as I'm a big Phasefag, it's a shame to see her leave. It felt like she fit in well with Gen 3. Shame that they've been going through a lot as a Gen, but their current three active members are strong enough to carry on, and hopefully Hina will eventually make her return.

Its good to know that its mainly her decision and not due to shit catching fire behind the scenes. If fishman was willing to just let her stay, i am guessing that she just has no plans to continue streaming. I remember watching her back in the day before phase but even so it seems like her streams were very infrequent.

Pretty sure all of them bounced to an alt when things got weird. Going to assume it all leads to not having money so no support, no managers and the CEO is not committed enough to work for free on this project.
