To be fair, system maintenance/security is a pretty involved field that isn't entirely transparent to an uninformed buyer, especially with the number of pre-fab companies out there that intentionally build computers with built-to-fail components that'll give them reasons to charge for repairs/replacements. The PC build industry isn't friendly to ignorance, you'll lose/waste a lot of money simply for not knowing what hardware doesn't play well together or suffering failures from preventable issues (i.e. power loss).

Also probably doesn't help if you asked the average vtuber "Hey you have your PC hooked to a UPS?" they'd probably respond "No? Why would I need it delivered anywhere, I already have it? Chat are you dumb?"
