Her family (aside from her brother last I heard) is shit and shitty to her, even if she tries to do nice things for them. This includes parents who will cancel plans on her last minute to lie to her and make their own plans and invite everyone else but her. Also includes a sister who cares more about being a whore than taking care of her kids/Dizzy's nephews. Recently, her sister also lied to their brother to get money from him, then took her kids out of school and, without notice, drove them to her parents' (I think?) house which was far away from their school, dropped them off, then left the country. That was a few weeks ago, and I don't know the status of her sister at the moment.

Basically, most of her immediate family is cancerous and stresses her out. Good to hear she's supposedly cut them off for now.

Those poor nephews of hers.... I don't blame her going no contact with her mother. Hopefully she can figure out a reliable way to interact with the nephews that does not involve her mother; gotta make sure they feel some form of love (maybe through the brother; just sending gifts through amazon or something leads to them being intercepted and the origin being lied about depending on the relationships).
