Her fans quite literally act like she was a Jesus of vtubing. They attribute everything good to her, they made her a martyr, the more time pass the more things she is somehow responsible for or did all on her own. They never actually watched her content and only heard of her from other fans educating them on how great she was, just like most people never read the bible and only attended church for appearance

honestly I am after her time and really didnt care about her before. But last week when I was researching about the universally accepted "fact" that "Kson applied as manager and she was so funny during interview Hololive hired her as an official member instead"
It came as an eye opener for me that maybe some of the things people were peddling about her legends might have been bullshit.
I came across many claims of sources "I saw it in a clip", "it was a stream that is subbed", "I saw it in a dream" but not a single link. There have been a few different version as well.
no such clip exist in youtube in both english or japanese. I was able to find a comment said "in a just chatting streams a few weeks ago" around august, which prompted me to autistically finding clips of every just chatting stream from june - july of hers. Even watching some of them streams with my passion nihongo kekw.

I think the people that put Coco on a pedestal are the ones that only know English and ESLs, and more than likely they didn't care about her for her content, they cared about her because China bad, just like how most of the retards defending Rushia claim she got in trouble for having a husband (believed bf at the time) and didn't even bother to read the JP notice for her termination, they only cared on a surface level like with Mano Aloe.

I also doubt any of the ones claiming she made EN possible even watched any of the non meme review streams since she streamed everything else in Japanese and barely said any English sentences most of the time (compared to the amount of Japanese she spoke at least) so they don't consider every other talent because they probably didn't watch them, at this point I don't doubt they are the unfunny clip watchers that parrot the same jokes in chat too.

And like every other Coco's glazing, people thought she was a god tier manager, someone who could make talent bloom just by looking at them and Hololive would be really dumb to not keep her on as a manager. She might even replace Yagoo one day.

Then the tale of her capability spreads so far that it went back in time all the way to her audition. She was already a super capable manager before Hololive and applied as one!!! They just didn't let her!!

The rrat were widespread enough that it reached Coco herself and she said she wouldn't join management live on stream. Hence the clip above

I don't know how they've got chatting set up but it's scuffed as fuck yeah. Usually it's just an issue with bigger streamers but sometime's it'll tank the page seemingly for no reason at all. Last major one was Nimi's debut stream when all the memberships came in.
