Really weird though. It was serious enough to demonetize so many channels, but NOT actually ban any of them. And now they are also telling she can apply for monetization again in 3 months, so it's not even serious enough to be permanent either.
The only things that make them reverse anything is Twitter uproar, lawsuits, and possibly a Youtube representative finding a human being that speaks English.

Reminder that the new hololive Minecraft server will launch in a few hours at 18:00 JST, which is in eight hours at the time of this post.
The current servers are going to be left behind. The new server is vanilla but with proximity voice chat from the start.
Ollie did a stream on what she's planning to build on the new server.
Here are some clips of holomems touring the current server. They're mainly about Aqua or Fauna's final mark on the server.

The "you have to register and pay us if you make more than XXX amount of money, also 18+ shit is banned" is specifically VSPO and has been in place even before the acquisition.
Remember this is the company that issued public suspension to their vtubers for playing the game with someone of higher ranks, while they have ongoing tournaments too, which forced them to forfeit.
I like how everyone pretended holostars EN didnt exist. They have been collabing with NijiEN all this time.
While HoloEN girl hasn't had 1-1 collabs, Some of them showed up in Petra 3D collab and didnt have a problem associating with NijiEN

$350 a month is $4200 a year, and that's got to be split among an artist, manager and video editor (admittedly, someone might be in more than one role). That's a really small amount of money for a wage (especially before taxes), even for someone living in a third-world country. Presuming this is a legitimate attempt at a business and not a scam (doubt), you'd have to have a bunch of people sign on to make the numbers work, and that means that you're not going to get much time from any of the staff.
She'd probably charge you for that. Financially.
