The only things that make them reverse anything is Twitter uproar, lawsuits, and possibly a Youtube representative finding a human being that speaks English.

$350 a month is $4200 a year, and that's got to be split among an artist, manager and video editor (admittedly, someone might be in more than one role). That's a really small amount of money for a wage (especially before taxes), even for someone living in a third-world country. Presuming this is a legitimate attempt at a business and not a scam (doubt), you'd have to have a bunch of people sign on to make the numbers work, and that means that you're not going to get much time from any of the staff.
She'd probably charge you for that. Financially.
