I think the main thing with the Hina situation is just the lack of communication. I get that they probably don't want to be like "Hey guys her dad died" but something like "She's dealing with a family situation" would be appreciated by her fanbase I'm sure. I get the feeling that maybe they want to leave that type of thing to the talents themselves and whatever they are comfortable with, but then again they made an announcement when Airi got put in the hospital after her car crash if I remember right. You'd think this would call for something similar.

It is possible that talents talk to management about situations like this and they are the ones to dictate how much of how little the company gets to say. Its not out of the realm of possibility that Hina told them to just place her on hiatus and not talk about it and that she would do so when she came back.

I think something that has often gone unremarked about the "affiliate" style graduation is that if someone graduates as an affiliate, they are almost certainly not going to stream under another corpo. Ame and Chloe are still technically tied to Cover contractually, so it's likely to be independent streaming or nothing for them IMO.

Yeah I assume so. Would like to see some of the Affiliates show up in the concerts similar to how Haachama showed up in 5th fes despite being on hiatus and not being included in the lineup.

There's only so much that can even possibly happen unless there's a black swan event. The reason they had Fauna and Chloe graduate when they did was because they needed to secure the lineup promotion for the upcoming Holofes. Cover will go through hell or high water to keep morale up for the talents and fans at least until April.

My working theory is that @Negzana is trying to destroy Hololive so Kaela is out of a job and starts looking for someone to marry.

That wouldn't work anyways, but no I am just being realistically and carefully optimistic after close consideration
