If she's gonna go indie, I really hope she continues singing her heart out. She had one of the best vocal ranges in the company and always did amazing on stage. Her final performance today was peak emotion, especially cause you could tell she was holding back some tears. Thanks for these 3 years you illiterate, smelly woman.

Most of all though, I appreciate how much better she made Shion's life. That constantly-depressed little menhera became so much happier after they started hanging out. Chloe had such a positive effect on her, not only as her biggest fan, but as one of her best friends. I'm sure they'll keep in touch afterwards, so I'm looking forward to the stories Shion will tell about her.

With gacha there's never the idea that you'll win all your money back with one good win. You know all the money is effectively being thrown into a bottomless pit. Both are exploitative, but I think the hope of one good win to recoup all losses winds up making normal gambling worse.

One could argue that, at the very least, there are still gachas out there that wanted to make the players stay even if they didn't spare a dime. Sure, the guilt-trip of 'not reaching your best' or 'get what you wanted' will hang over the player and hopefully they starting giving them money, but they don't want to be blatant about it.

Also gachas these days still encourages the play who still don't want to part way with their money to still be able to gamble (gacha currency can be grinded or whatever), even if at the end of the day, it would take a far long time for them to do so. Is it kindness or just them playing the player to spend money? That's up for the people to decide.
