I need to mald about Phase for a bit. I ordered their Arcane Maid collab merch (assuming I'd receive it in 1+ years having forgotten about it like everything else) and the next day received a "shipped" notification and within two weeks of having placed the order it arrived at my house, I can only assume this is cause Arcane was handling the distribution themselves. Meanwhile I still have orders from Phase directly from the beginning of the year that haven't fucking shipped yet.
